Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

  • We are unable to process payment.

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will provide a full refund.

Professional Accounts

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be received before your order is dispatched.

6. Shipping

We ship throughout Australia and internationally.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.

Risk in the products passes to you once your order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

7. Local Pickup

Customers who select Local Pickup will receive notification when their order is ready for collection.

Please collect your order within the allocated timeframe provided, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

If an order is not collected and we are unable to contact you after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund less any applicable costs where permitted by law.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Browsupplyco is not responsible for injury, damage or unsatisfactory results arising from misuse, incorrect application, failure to follow instructions or use by untrained individuals.

It is the customer's responsibility to comply with all applicable health, safety and regulatory requirements relating to the use of our products in their jurisdiction.

Results may vary depending on application techniques, skin type, aftercare and individual circumstances.
