Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

For international customers, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or other charges. These charges are outside of our control.

Orders & Payment

Payment must be successfully completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to any terms and conditions specified at the time of the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotional offers where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing times are separate from estimated shipping and delivery timeframes.

Browsupplyco offers shipping within Australia and to selected international destinations, as well as local pickup where available.

Shipping options, availability and applicable costs will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. Delays may occur due to postal or courier networks, customs, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

International Orders, Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into and used within their destination country.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost paid to Browsupplyco.

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays that are outside of our control.

Local Pickup

Where available, customers may select Local Pickup at checkout.

Customers must wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving to collect it.

Pickup instructions will be provided once the order is ready.

Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under applicable consumer law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
